Cesc delighted with win Sunday, October 14, 2007
Cesc Fabregas expressed his happiness with returning to the first team in the positive 3-1 win over Denmark.
Speaking to Radio Marca after the game, Fabregas was happy with his start, and his performance.
"It was a very important chance," he said. "I have not had many minutes of late, but finally got an opportunity. I felt great out there, and feel very satisfied."
He couldn't quite find the back of the net, something he has been doing regularly for Arsenal this season.
"When one goes in, suddenly everything starts going in," he explained.
"That said, I am very clear over what my function is. If I can also chip in with the goals, that is a bonus."
